How we ship your seed kits

Shipping & Delivery

General Shipping

We ship all orders in the U.S. and Canada by USPS. You can select your shipping method at checkout. Please note the various shipping option may take longer to deliver and can vary between 2 and 10 days.

We currently only ship to the United States and Canada

We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed will typically ship in 2-4 business days. During busy seasonal times, orders could take up to 4-6 weeks to ship. Any current shipping delays will be communicated at the top of the cart page. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information.

Shipping carriers experience delays depending on the time of year or other circumstances. We cannot guarantee delivery times.

Shipping Address Accuracy

If you need to change your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible or email orders@taigafarmandseedco.com with your order number and the correct address. Overall, you are responsible for entering a valid USPS or International postal shipping address and assume the risk of delay, non-delivery and loss. A shipping confirmation notice with USPS tracking number will be emailed to the email address you entered. An incorrect email address will result in non-delivery of the shipping confirmation.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the items, weight of the shipment, and carrier rates. You can view the shipping cost after entering your address information and selecting the shipping method in your cart before checkout. This cost is set by the carriers and can change without notice.

Combining Orders

Unfortunately, because of our small team and the volume of orders we are processing in a short time, we are unable to combine separately placed orders.

Adding or removing items from an order

Because we cannot access your credit card information, we are unable to modify your order after it has been placed. 

Canceling an order

If you need to cancel your entire order, please reply to your order confirmation email or email orders@taigafarmandseedco.com as soon as possible with your name and order number. Please note: We are unable to cancel or remove individual items from your order.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email notification and tracking link. We ship all orders through the U.S. Postal Service with a tracking number. International shipments are tracked until they leave the United States.

Missing or lost packages

Tracking information is emailed once your package ships. You can find the most up-to-date information by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email.

In the event your package appears to be missing or lost, please first check with your neighborhood postal carrier to verify it has been delivered. Then ask neighbors and members of your household to see if they mistakenly may have received it. If the package cannot be located after these steps, please reply to your shipping confirmation email or email orders@taigafarmandseedco.com with your name and order number and we’ll be happy to help.

Please note you assume ownership of the products when they leave our farm. This includes destruction or loss while in shipment and after delivery to your home or mail box. If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you to get a valid shipping address to re-ship it to you at your cost.

Incorrect, missing, or damaged product

If items are damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect order, please reply to either your order or shipping confirmation email or send an email to orders@taigafarmandseedco.com with your name and order number and we will issue a replacement following our Returns and Refunds policy.

Return and Refund Policy ~ We do our best to make sure you are happy with your seed kits! We never resell returned seeds.

International shipping

If you are placing an order from outside the United States, it is your responsibility to understand your country’s restrictions, duties, and any special requirements in order to receive imported goods. If your country restricts packages based on the value of the contents, you must ensure that each order you place is within this limit. If you wish to order seeds or products that exceed that value, you should place separate orders, each within the limit.

Taiga Farm and Seed Co has no control over additional fees and is not responsible for confiscated items, delayed orders, or any additional duties or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs office or other government agencies.  

Packages returned to Taiga Farm and Seed due to a failure or refusal to pay the duties or taxes are ineligible for a refund of shipping fees and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Unfortunately International orders are limited due to new export restrictions. We are only able to ship in the U.S. and to Canada. USPS does not validate international shipping addresses.

We are unable to meet requests for phytosanitary certificates.
